Cancellation & Refund

At Make Your Tour, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for our customers.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 15 days before the travel date will receive a 90% refund.
• Cancellations made 7–15 days before the travel date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date are non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

Refund Policy

• All refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• In case of trip cancellation by us due to unavoidable reasons, customers will receive a 100% refund.

The cancellation charges may vary for hotel bookings, flight tickets, and third-party services. Please check individual package terms at the time of booking.
