Welcome to Make Your Tour. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving a partial or full payment.
• Full payment must be made before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other available methods.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in transportation costs, taxes, or accommodation rates.
• Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly stated in the tour details.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

4. Responsibilities

• Make Your Tour is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during the tour due to natural calamities, accidents, or third-party negligence.
• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and documents (e.g., ID proofs).

5. Itinerary Changes

• We reserve the right to change or modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or safety concerns.
• Such changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

6. Travel Documents

• Travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proofs.
• All permits required for certain destinations (e.g., Spiti Valley) will be arranged, but the customer must provide accurate documentation.

7. Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from bookings with Make Your Tour shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh.
